Welcome to Impulse Caravans Terms and Conditions

Impulse Caravans specialises in the sale of repossessedinsurance, and repairable write-off caravans. We also provide consignment services for customers wishing to sell their caravans or motorhomes. All consignment arrangements and sales are conducted in accordance with Queensland’s vehicle dealer legislation, ensuring transparency and compliance.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before purchasing:

  1. As-Is Sale
All caravans are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees from the seller. The purchaser acknowledges that all caravans are preowned, and while they may have undergone repairs or inspections, they are not sold with any form of mechanical or cosmetic guarantee.

  2. Guide Only
Whilst every effort is made to ensure accurate descriptions, all listing details, specifications, and condition reports are provided as a guide only. Impulse Caravans makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or condition of any listed Caravan.

  3. Final Sales
All caravan sales are final. There are no cooling-off periods, and no refunds will be issued after purchase. Customers are encouraged to inspect the caravan thoroughly or arrange for an independent inspection prior to committing to a purchase.

  4. Non-Refundable Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable and are taken to secure the sale of the caravan. Once a deposit is placed, it is considered a commitment to complete the purchase and will not be returned under any circumstance.

  5. Repairable Write-Off Declaration
Where applicable, caravans may have a history of being listed as repairable write-offs due to insurance claims or damage. These units may have undergone repairs and passed the WOVI (Written-Off Vehicle Inspection). Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence regarding vehicle history and repair quality.

  6. Compliance, Certification, and Registration
Impulse Caravans provides a current Roadworthy Certificate, a current Gas Certificate, and a passed WOVI Inspection Certificate (if applicable) with every sale. However, Impulse Caravans does not register the caravan on behalf of the buyer. It is the buyer’s responsibility to register the caravan with their local transport department after settlement.

  7. Inspection Encouraged
Buyers are encouraged to inspect the caravan in person at our Ilkley, Sunshine Coast workshop or arrange for a third-party inspection. Our team is happy to provide access and answer questions regarding the vehicle’s condition.

  8. Title Guarantee
All caravans sold through Impulse Caravans are provided with clear title, free of encumbrances, finance, or legal claims, unless otherwise disclosed prior to sale.

  9. Consignment Sales
Customers selling caravans through Impulse Caravans on consignment must sign a consignment agreement and acknowledge our compliance with Queensland dealer consignment procedures. Fees and terms of consignment will be clearly outlined before listing the vehicle.

  10. By Purchasing
By completing a purchase from Impulse Caravans, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
